You are welcome to return anything that was ordered from our website, both new and sale items. Returns should be registered within 30 days after delivery.

Exchanges: We do not do direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order online.

  • Step 1: Register

    Register your return through our portal. You can ship independently or use our prepaid labels.

  • Step 2: Pack

    Send your clean and undamaged item(s) back to us in the original packaging.

  • Step 3: Ship

    Bring your parcel to the nearest parcel station provided to you in the return portal.

  • Step 4: Refund

    A refund will be made within 10 working days after delivery to one of our return centers.

Frequently asked questions

What does a return label cost?

We charge €7 for EU/UK returns and €12 for returns from outside the EU/UK. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

How can I exchange my Bare Footwear product?

To exchange an item from your recent order, simply send it back for a refund and place a new order on barefootwear.com. Unfortunately, we cannot offer direct exchanges.

Where can I track my return?

Once your return is created, you will receive a return link where you can track your return.

How long do I have to drop the parcel after I received the shipping label?

Drop your package off at your nearest postage point within a timely manner (max. 30 days).

When will I receive my refund?

Once delivered to our facility, we do our best to process the returned items and action the refund within 10 business days. During sale and holiday periods, this time frame may increase.

Will I get a refund on my shipping costs if I return my product?

We will refund your shipping cost if the entire order is returned. Unfortunately if it is only a partial return we are unable to refund you.
